Accounting & Payroll Administrator - Hamilton, Canada - 3D Warehousing and Logistics
Description
Job Description:
- Enter transactions in ERP for Bank accounts
- Bank & Account Reconciliations
- Record & Receivable Payable transactions
- Maintain organized records of property expenses, taxes, insurance, etc.
- Process Weekly Payroll
- Manage & Track time off and Vacation schedules
- Assist with Yearend working papers as required
- High level of confidentiality is a must
- 35 years of complex accounting experience including setting up new companies, shareholder loan transactions, and intercompany transactions
- 2 Years of Strong Payroll experience
- Familiarity with ASPE, ESA, & Payroll ERPs
- Experience with Nethris & GP is an asset
Salary:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:
- Payroll: 2 years (required)
