What You Offer:
- Working safely at all times, and keeping safety at the forefront of all decisions and actions.
- Ability to work at each of our locations, as needs arise. We can arrange transportation, and they are all within a 10 minute drive of each other.
- Ability to perform product physical inventories, assist in maintaining our housekeeping standards, and other duties as reasonably assigned.
- Ability to problemsolve, complete investigations as to data discrepancies, and assist in developing corrective actions or preventative measures.
- Follow established SOPs and best practices.
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Review, interpret and complete work orders and shipping/receiving documents.
- Ability to use RF scan guns to scan product barcodes and record certain activities.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations and policies.
- Ability to change working hours when given suitable notice, if our customer needs require afternoon or weekend shifts in the future.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Handle all customer service matters, such as providing proofs of delivery, bills of lading, inventory and activity reports, etc.
- Monitor the progress of all customer requests and provide updates accordingly.
- Enter shipping, receiving and other activities into inventory management systems.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all customers.
- Remain aware of customer needs and requirements for reporting and activities.
- Create shipping releases, work orders, bills of lading, etc.
- Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies.
- Scheduling truck traffic in to and out of the facility.
- Monitor and adjust scheduled activity as necessary.
- Various dataentry tasks.
- Other duties as reasonably assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to problem solve.
- Analytical and results driven.
- Ability to work occasionally at other Company facilities in the area (such as for vacation coverage).
- Ability to successfully pass criminal background check.
