As a Project Planner Intern you will be responsible to:


  • Review, revise and verify technical drawings to ensure functionality
  • Compile required documents and information to complete the project drawings
  • Ensure technical documents adhere to regulatory standards
  • Address and resolve internal/external inquiries
  • Substitute for and/or assist department staff
  • Perform other duties as required
  • Update existing template drawings so they are current with latest technical documentation
  • Ensure the correct interpretation of product specifications and the proper creation of structural, electrical and mechanical template drawings

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Studying as a Postsecondary education Architectural Technologist or equivalent
  • Excellent skills and working knowledge of AutoCAD 2020 (or above)
  • Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of designing process
  • Ability to work under time constraints and adapt to change
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in French and English an asset.
