What You'll Do:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and sourcing methods to attract top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Partner with hiring managers and the Sr. Coordinator, People & Culture to create, revise and post job descriptions on various platforms.
Manage the applicant tracking system and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Negotiate job offers and support the onboarding process for new hires when applicable.
Create, monitor and analyze recruitment reports and metrics to improve the effectiveness of the hiring process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

What You'll Need:

3+ years of previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is essential. Experience with high volume recruitment, talent sourcing and the hospitality industry is an asset,
A bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other HR technologies is often required. Familiarity with data analytics tools and the ability to leverage technology for streamlining the recruitment process is highly valued.
The ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and work in a fastpaced environment is important for success in this role.
Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations is important to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
