Intertek is searching for an
Administrative Assistant to join our Caleb Brett team in our
Dartmouth, Nova Scotia office. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow a versatile career in

The
Administrative Assistant is responsible for
day to day office correspondence and reporting .
What you'll do:
- Ensure efficient operations of all administrative support functions
- Filing, ordering supplies, answering telephone
- Tracking job order completeness, invoicing completed job files
- Booking travel arrangements, hotel, airfare, etc.
What it takes to be successful in this role:
- Successful completed one-year business course
- Selfmotivated professional individual, takes initiative, works well independently and participates fully in a team environment, has excellent attention to detail, spelling and grammar skills, organizational skills and a positive attitude
- Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe; familiarity with Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Ariba considered an asset
- 7 years office administration / secretarial experience
