Administrative Assistant to join our Caleb Brett team in our

The
Administrative Assistant is responsible for
day to day office correspondence and reporting .


What you'll do:


  • Ensure efficient operations of all administrative support functions
  • Filing, ordering supplies, answering telephone
  • Tracking job order completeness, invoicing completed job files
  • Booking travel arrangements, hotel, airfare, etc.

What it takes to be successful in this role:

  • Successful completed one-year business course
  • Selfmotivated professional individual, takes initiative, works well independently and participates fully in a team environment, has excellent attention to detail, spelling and grammar skills, organizational skills and a positive attitude
  • Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe; familiarity with Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Ariba considered an asset
  • 7 years office administration / secretarial experience
