Description

Duties:

  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Operate grill, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
  • Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets safety standards
  • Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist with meal preparation and food service as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team
