OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the Order Entry Administrator provides a key link between our customers and the production team.

The Order Entry Administrator is responsible for entering customer quotations and order generation, under the direction of the Senior Customer Service Representative.

The Order Entry Administrator utilizes resource planning systems to enter accurate customer records. Attention to detail is critical to this role's success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The accurate entry of sales quotations against customer information.
  • Interface / liaise with Order Management Team / Operations to ensure smooth transition of quotations to orders.
  • Maintain accurate records to meet both internal and external audit requirements.
  • Other duties as required to support Customer Service Team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school or college.
  • 23 years related experience in data entry.
  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
  • Must possess excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to provide a highly organized and detailed oriented work product.
  • Able to function efficiently in a collaborative environment.
  • Selfmotivated, with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
