Job Description:

Your Team- Your Key Deliverables Support the Marketing Manager by participating in agency coordination meetings as required and follow through with tasks as assigned

  • Assist the Marketing Manager with the development of integrated marketing campaigns and implementation
  • Ongoing review of Brookfield's website content and updates
  • Review communications as needed including the creation of marketing collateral, eblasts, web updates etc.
  • Assist with the coordination of events, including presentation center and model home grand openings.
  • Attend all community launches and events as required and support onsite sales team, including working evenings and weekends as needed
  • Ongoing competitive research and reports for current and future communities
  • Assist with launch of new communities including critical path, agreement and schedule preparation, presentation centre preparation, etc.
  • Compile campaign reports in collaboration with the Marketing team detailing activities, budgets, return on investment, and findings
  • Support Sales Manager by participating in sales and community meetings as required
  • Oversee onsite sales teams and ensure presentation centres are equipped with marketing material, office supplies, etc
  • Oversee sales and traffic data entry and reporting
  • Coordinate and manage all operational contracts for presentation centres
  • Manage new home sale input in Newstar Sales for future and active communities
  • Manage all purchaser files and internal CRM and ensure they are up to date with mortgage approvals, deposits cheques, contact information, etc
  • Must Haves
  • Postsecondary education, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • 2+ years of sales and/or marketing experience is an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience within the homebuilding or real estate industry is an asset
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle required
