Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Communicating with customers and product vendors through various channels.
- Identify customer requirements and assist customers to use specific product features.
- Inform customers about product features and functionalities.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
- Processing RGA
- Warranty and claim forms.
- Support inventory management and general showroom activities.
