Marketing Technology Associate Specialist - Hybrid
- Are you passionate about leveraging your expertise in Salesforce and other marketing tools to create actionable insights and drive business growth?
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and finetune workflow rules, workspace design, and data integrations to improve efficiency and improve security and data management.
- Assist with marketing technology (Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot) projects, collaborating with internal teams and thirdparty partners.
To Succeed, You Will Need:
- Post-Secondary Education in Computer Science is preferred.
- Min of 1 year of administrative experience in Sales Force ( Salesforce cloud is considered an asset)
- Salesforce Certification as an Administrator preferred
- Intermediate use of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Service Cloud and Marketo
- Refined analytical skills to understand technical data, requirements and processes to assist within various Marketing Technology Tools.
- Strong project and time management skills required to balance marking technology projects with various stakeholders and requests
- Intermediate computer skills for Microsoft Office product.
- French is considered an asset.
