Job Scope
We are looking for a Human Resources agent to be based in our warehouse. This role will be in charge of all the warehouse recruitment, employee relations and payroll.

Reporting to both the Warehouse Director and HR Director, this role will play an integral role in the liaison between both functions.


Location:
This is a full-time in-office position. The warehouse is located in Ahuntsic, MTL. This role is based in the warehouse office.


Recruitment
- liaising with the
Warehouse Director planning and forecasting warehousing staffing needs
- liaising with the
HR Director to coordinate the recruitment of warehouse staff. posting jobs internally and externally coordination of interviews, providing feedback, assisting in making offers, administration of offers

administration of background checks


Onboarding
- administration of on-boarding and orientation training for new hires
- tracking completion of training
- first point of contact for employees for general questions


Other
- ensuring legal compliance/ Health and Safety considerations
- assisting with worker compensation discussions
- managing timecards/ assistance with payroll
- managing birthdays and cultural event planning
