ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the compliance of applicants' files for programs of study with respect to the establishment of citizenship status;
  • Ensures the accuracy and compliance of data recorded in the Admissions module of the Clara Academic Management System;
  • Judging the eligibility of applicants for academic programs and referring any ambiguous situations to the Admissions Department;
  • Record and update student information in the Clara database;
  • Manage and rigorously review student files during the admissions process;
  • Generate student contracts as part of their enrollment process;
  • Retrieve data from the department's systems (Ariane, Socrate and Charlemagne) to evaluate the records of prospective students;
  • Prepare and transmit requests for permanent code assignment and modification to the Department;
  • Ensure the validity and conformity of the documents provided by the students.
  • Note that you may be asked to perform other related duties.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Education

  • High school diploma (DES);
  • Experience in customer service (an asset);
  • Bilingualism;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Experience in a college environment (an asset);
  • Availability during special events (open house, back to school, etc.).
