Overview:
Element has an opportunity for a
Customer Support/Login administrator to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your career within a Global TIC business.
Responsibilities:
- Take client calls and satisfy client requests, for a variety of items including; additional analysis, reports, invoice status, pricing, sampling status, billing, etc.
- Using the inhouse database and other systems effectively to ensure maximum efficiency
- Ability to work flexibly in a busy environment with an established team and processes
Skills / Qualifications:
- High school diploma with related experience
- On The Job Training Required: Quality System Training, WHMIS / Safety Training, LIMS Operation Training, LIMS Modules
- Relevant experience within an office environment would be advantageous
- Highly motivated and organized individual with a flexible approach to work
