Reporting to the Director, Underwriting - Partner Solutions the
Associate Administrator is responsible for supporting the Director, Partner Solutions with the TPA conversions administration in accordance with established budgets and goals.

The
Associate Administrator will verify the completeness and accuracy of the conversion quotes and complete quote and renewal analysis on small group business.


The Associate Administrator will:


  • Assist Account Managers with the quoting process by receiving quotes and verifying the accuracy of conversion quotes, managing, and updating workflows in PRM system. Liaising with the Director, Partner Solutions to fulfill all data/questions required in completing a quote. Follow up with adjacent departments as required to adhere to timelines and exceed customer expectations. Process sold quotes for implementation.
  • Ensure all data and information is complete and tracked accurately in a timely manner. Using the EMS system (and other reporting systems as required from time to time) to log the RTQ and maintain updates.
  • Ensures that self and team meets their respective commitments and openly communicates when challenges arise. Plans proactively and seeks out appropriate resources to achieve results. Takes responsibility for results and takes actions to correct shortfalls. Shares information freely with all stakeholders. Handles stress and is reliable during all phase of the project.
  • Cover investigating issues, identify or develop options and select solutions to problems which occur. Analyzing data and using initiative to select from available resolutions.
  • Prepare market specifications for small clients using internal quoting systems in addition to the preparation of client renewal, reporting, and reviews for small clients, supporting new sales and revenue growth targets.
  • Provide ongoing reporting and support to special projects as required. May be called upon to participate on adhoc project teams or may serve as a sole specialist contributor. Facilitates information sharing with all involved parties and stakeholders as required. Projects may include distance collaboration.
  • Maintain positive relations with internal and external stakeholders. Manage stakeholder expectations and keeps internal and external stakeholders informed of progress, issues, and opportunities. Analyzes documentation for completeness and in partnership with key stakeholders ensuring they continue to meet business objectives and align with People Corporation goals.
  • Actively promote, positively represent, demonstrate, and serve as a positive role model for People Corporation brand and values to; employees, clients, partners, the marketplaces, and communities in which People Corporation operates.

  • Strong sales and service strengths; a key ability to understand the needs of the customer, both internal and external, and actively focusing on anticipating, meeting and exceeding those needs. Responding to current and future customer needs and providing excellent service to both internal and external customers.
  • 2+ years relevant work experience or equivalent experience in an office or administrative role
  • High School Diploma required
  • Post secondary education an asset
  • Experience in Insurance an asset
  • Strong computer skills with solid knowledge of MS Office and web skills
