    Job Description

    The Investment Operations department collaborates closely with the Investment management team and other partners to provide transactional, operational, and accounting support, including financial reporting, analytics, and valuations.

    We are currently seeking an Associate for the Credit Investment Operations department. This role entails overseeing day-to-day operational functions and various workstreams related to new system integration.

    Role-Specific Accountabilities:

    • Manage investment operations functions daily, ensuring accuracy and completeness of trade tickets, accounting entries, and supporting documentation
    • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to structure and close transactions, resolve operational issues, and complete reports and reconciliations promptly and accurately
    • Validate pricing and valuation for investments, maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and drive operational excellence through process improvements and strategic insights
    • Build expertise in private investments, provide training, and develop process documentation

    Qualifications

    • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or related field
    • Advanced Degree or Professional designation such as CFA or CPA preferred
    • Minimum 3 years experience in private/public credit operations
    • Strong technical and analytical skills with attention to detail
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software
    • Experience with onboarding new instruments is advantageous
    • Excellent problem-solving, quantitative, and communication skills
    • Team player with strong time management and organization abilities
    • Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to integrity, partnership, and high performance
