HOME ORGANIZER JOB DESCRIPTION
Hari Home Services is seeking an experienced organizer for home organizing services.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Works collaboratively with team members in completing home organizing projects.
Thoroughly clean, sort and arrange items to organize. Organize kitchen, panties, living space, clothes, bedrooms, bathroom, laundry area, garage, storage space and other areas as needed.
Meet with customers and discuss their vision, preferences and needs. Analyze strategies for arranging and organizing items that will best meet with the customers needs.
Clean area after each project, leaving area neat and tidy.
Excellent customer care experience and skills.
Communicate effectively and provide thorough information to customers on stepbystep process of the project.
Work independently and/or with team members effectively.
Perform other tasks as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have strong proficiency in the following tasks: Sorting, separating, arranging, and organizing items in order.
Have minimum 1 year experience in organizing residential homes.

REQUIREMENTS:

Authorized to work in Canada.
Pass criminal background checks.

YOUR SKILLS:

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.
Physically able to complete tasks that require moving, lifting, and carrying heavy items (up to 30 lbs), using ladder to reach heights, and frequent movement of body such as walking, bending, stretching etc., and other physically demanding workload as necessary.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures. Adhere to WorkSafe BC Guidelines.
Ability to complete projects accurately and proficiently in a timely manner.

JOB TYPE

Casual/Oncall
Contract based.

SCHEDULE:

Hours will be based on client booking.
Day Shifts, Evening Shifts.
Monday to Friday
Weekends.

SALARY:

- $20.00 to $25.00 an hour.

Annual bonus pays.

START DATE:
Until filled

WORK LOCATION:

Remote Work.
The position requires commuting to different locations and carrying tools and equipment. It is preferrable to have a reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license as well as vehicle insured for work use.
