Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements

  • Facilitating the hiring process, including negotiating job offers and coordinating preemployment screenings
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate recruitment data and metrics
  • Staying uptodate with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and staffing
To be successful as an HR recruiter, you should have:

  • Proven experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar recruiting role
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices and regulations
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred


Some HR recruiters may specialize in certain industries or job functions, such as healthcare, technology, or executive search, and may require additional qualifications or certifications in those areas.


Salary:
$16.00-$17.00 per hour
