    Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with experience in the trucking industry? We're seeking a talented individual to lead our client sales efforts and drive business growth as our client Sales & Business Development Manager. Position Title: Sales & Business Development Manager Primary Function:
    • Plan and direct all sales activities
    • Develop and evaluate sales programs
    • Monitor sales performance and recommend changes in marketing plans to meet market and competitive conditions
    • Prepare rates
    Systems & Equipment:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software
    Education / Knowledge:
    • College diploma or equivalent
    • Sound understanding of the company's capabilities and strategic direction
    Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of successful experience in a sales position in the trucking industry
    Responsibilities / Skills / Competencies:
    • Work under minimal direction from the General Manager
    • Develop sales objectives and strategies aligned with overall objectives
    • Direct sales activities consistent with objectives
    • Prepare accurate rates in a timely manner
    • Forecast revenue regularly by reviewing marketing information, sales patterns, expected growth, and established targets
    • Conduct sales activities through personal contact, including negotiating rates and other conditions of sale to enhance retention and maximize account revenue potential
    • Establish marketing strategies and programs
    • Track operating performance measures
    • Prepare and conduct effective customer presentations, representing the company in a professional and ethical manner
    • Exhibit a courteous and professional demeanor
    Benefits:
