We are the leading Canadian company enabling businesses to accept QR code-based digital payment methods such as WeChat Pay, Alipay, and China UnionPay.

We are looking for an
API Integration Specialist (Payments) to support our business growth in Toronto. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Reporting to the IT Director, the
API Integration Specialist will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining seamless support for merchants to integrate with our payment system.

This position requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to achieve optimal system functionality.

_ How you will contribute:
_

Collaborate with developers and system architects to ensure the successful deployment of integration solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, including API document, design specifications, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
Provide training to endusers and support teams on the proper usage and maintenance of integration solutions.
Participate in crossfunctional meetings to provide updates on integration projects and address any challenges.

_ What you bring to the table:_

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Min 3 years of proven experience as a Technical Integration Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in payment APIs.
Must be familiar with the following programming languages: Java, C#. PHP, JavaScript, HTML
Familiarity with APIs, web services (REST) and data formats (JSON, XML).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex integration issues.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, crossfunctional team environment.
