BSA Functional
Part of a team focusing on migrating data and a business rules engine to Snowflake.

You'll be translating business requirements to technical requirements to build, implement and test the data, data transformations, logic, and output (reports and visualizations).


Job Duties:


  • Ensure functional and nonfunctional requirements are accurately documented on the endtoend system.
  • Key contributor dedicated to comparing and correcting data between Workday and SAP, implementing Critical Data Elements, rules engines, data reconciliations, data attestations, and data lineage for data used in HR transactions
  • Perform complex data analysis and data investigation.
  • Work with business users & stakeholders, functional BSA team, QE team, developers and numerous data sources to identify and source required data
  • Contribute to successful project completion within budget and on time by identifying risks and developing/recommending mitigation strategies
  • Prepare documentation for system handoff to production support for BAU integration.

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of proven handson experience with writing complex technical requirements for endtoend solution design
  • Above average aptitude as well as proven experience in the analysis of complex and highvolume data
  • Proven experience working with stakeholders to translate business rules and requirements into technical requirements
  • Strong understanding of data mapping, data normalization, and data transformation, including crossreferencing data across multiple data sources.
  • Ability to work well in a team, strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends to support system implementation activities
  • Experience with cloud technologies: Snowflake, Azure/Kubernetes/OCP, or AWS is an asset
  • Experience with data governance and SOC audit requirements for data is an asset
  • Experience with HR Data and Stakeholders is an asset.

Pay:
Up to $70.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
