BSA Data Focus
Participate in a project to reconcile data between two critical HR systems.

Write requirements to transform data and establish business rules to compare data between two fundamentally different HR Systems (SAP and Workday).


Job Duties:


  • Perform data acquisition and data mapping activities between Workday, SAP, and Snowflake
  • You'll be a key contributor in a Lab dedicated to comparing and correcting data between Workday and SAP, implementing Critical Data Elements, rules engines, data reconciliations, data attestations, and data lineage for data used in HR transactions
  • Perform complex data analysis and data investigation.
  • Work with business users & stakeholders, functional BSA team, QE team, developers, and numerous data sources to identify and source required data.
  • Contribute to successful project completion within budget and on time by identifying risks and developing/recommending mitigation strategies

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience with business systems analysis and software development in a data capacity
  • 5+ years of proven handson experience writing requirements for complex technical projects.
  • Proven handson experience with relational databases and a solid command of SQL language, including joining multiple tables, creating functions and procedures
  • Above average aptitude as well as proven experience in the analysis of complex and highvolume data
  • Knowledge of data governance and SOC audit requirements for data
  • Experience with Data Visualization tools (preferably Tableau)
  • Proven experience in complex data mapping, data normalization, and data transformation, including crossreferencing data across multiple data sources.
  • Ability to work well in a team, strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends to support system implementation activities
  • Experience with cloud technologies: Snowflake, Azure/Kubernetes/OCP or AWS is an asset

Pay:
Up to $70.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
