    What is the opportunity?As an Associate, you provide proactive sales support and responsive value-based clientcontact for a team of Financial Planners. You are responsible for supporting theunit/team in achieving sales objectives by contributing to a differentiated clientexperience. In this role, you collaborate with partners across the organization to identifyand meet client needs and goals, strengthening client relationships and making it easierfor them to do business with RBC.What will you do?You are a strategic member of the Financial Planning team and will work directlywith Financial Planners to provide pre- and post-interaction enablement andclient service and fulfillment in connection with their financial plan.Maximize opportunities to effectively identify client needs, make referrals,expand profitable client relationships, and track and review progress against theteams' annual sales plan. Increase sales enablement for Financial Planners byassisting with preparations for client meetings, and supporting the fulfilment ofcredit, investments, and everyday banking solutions.You enable and educate our clients by proactively leading with advice, servingthrough Digital and by leading as a Digital Ambassador who keeps current ontechnology by building your digital IQExercise due diligence in following all policies and procedures, andidentity/correct areas of operational riskWhat do you need to succeed?Must-haveMutual Funds accreditation (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada, or the CanadianSecurities Course)Perform as a One RBC Advisor with a breadth and depth of expertise acrosseveryday banking, investments and credit, with the ability to fulfill on a robustAdvice Experience on both personal and business needsStrong client contact routines that build yours and your Financial Plannerscalendar proactively, integrating consistent retention and anchoring activities tohelp the team achieve greater resultsFlexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for successAbility to work both independently and in a team environment, demonstratingstrong collaboration skillsAbility to leverage your own capabilities, and those of the right partner in ourecosystem, at the right time, meeting client's entire suite of financial needs.Fluent in Mandarin and CantoneseNice-to-haveTrack record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within thefinancial industryAbility to provide increasingly complex everyday banking, investment and creditadvice for both personal and business clientsWhat's in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, andworking together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communitiesprosper.
