Your Role and Responsibilities:
Core Enterprise and zCloud is one of our 6 practices in Kyndryl and as part of the ongoing transformation we are looking for a leader with a strong change leader mindset and prior experience of building and developing a consult organization.-
In this role you will be a core member of the KD Consult and Core Enterprise and zCloud senior leadership team responsible to develop, accelerate and lead the build out of our Mainframe modernization consult capabilities. Kyndryl have a market leading position providing Mainframe managed services globally and are now developing and growing the value we bring to our customer by accelerating our Consult capabilities supporting our customers on their Mainframe Modernization journey.-
In this role you will work closely with our global and local executive team cross, Consult, GTM, offerings, engineering, and delivery to build out our capabilities in this space.-
As this is a growing area for Kyndryl the success of this role will be the integration with the other global practices, the countries and account team to develop the right value proposition and scale out this business. This will require and entrepreneurial mindset, consult experience and thought leadership in this space.-
The Global Consult Core Enterprise & zCloud Leader owns the blueprint for Consult Core Enterprise & zCloud to capture and expand market share and foster vibrant communities of technical expertise.-
Global Consult Core Enterprise & zCloud Leader will be accountable for setting the market strategy for the practice, ensure skills and capacity is build out and developed, financial performance of offering portfolio, and developing market-leading capabilities.-
The leader owns the Talent and Workforce Strategy for the practice including the economic model (competitiveness & margin) and end-to-end resource supply chain and labor mix. Ownership of the delivery methodology, including automation, tools, standards and asset reuse.-
He/she is a customer advocate who is accountable for building market presence, strategy, and a compelling portfolio of services.-
The Leader will foster strong relationships with C-suite customers, gaining industry perspectives and insight into desired solution-oriented customer outcome and delivers part of the time in billable engagements.-
He/she will have end-to-end accountability for managing a profitable practice; from development, pre-sales and post-sales of portfolio including ownership of the skill pools within their domains, the practice economic model and E2E resource supply chain and labor mix. Ensure services are competitively priced and delivered profitably to the highest standard, with differentiating methodology, assets and tools.

Who You Are

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
Possesses external eminence in the Mainframe, IBMi circles (e.g., industry board, certifications, networking group leader).-
Consultative skills and technology specific expertise.-
Experience in building out a consult organization.-
Customer value creation through innovation.-
Ability to build the business strategy for our consult business based on an understanding of Kyndryl and Practice strategy.-
Build relationships with senior IT and business leaders and leverage relationships in Kyndryl.-
