Description

Position:


Reporting to the President and as a member of the executive management team, the Product Manager leads the product management team and oversees the development and innovation of our wealth management software products.

His or her mission is to ensure that our product offerings meet the evolving needs of our clients, maintain our market leadership, and support our growth objectives.

The incumbent will provide leadership, vision, and strategic direction for the lifecycle of existing products and the development of new products.


Product lifecycle vision and strategy:


  • Analyze market trends, user needs, and competitive data to develop a clear product vision. Translate this vision into a detailed product strategy, including goals, features, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee research and concept development activities to innovate new products, product enhancements, and product redesigns.
  • Interact with clients and prospects to identify new markets, formulate the value proposition, define requirements, and lead the development of a product roadmap.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies to assess how they can add value to our products.
  • Communicate and execute the product vision with the Product Leader team.

Product development:


  • Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure that the product meets user needs and Croesus's business objectives.
  • Contribute to making our products versatile and expanding our commercial offering.
  • Ensure that the structural organization of products is consistent with that of software engineering.

Product marketing:


  • Develop and implement an effective product launch strategy to generate interest and adoption.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to promote products to potential clients.
  • Monitor product performance after launch and make improvements based on user feedback.

Leadership and team management:


  • Develop, coach, and lead the product management team to drive innovation and excellence.

Financial supervision:


  • Manage budgets, analyze forecasts, and oversee resource allocation

Requirements:


Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of SaaS technology product lifecycle in a B2B environment
  • Knowledge of FinTech in a B2B banking environment (strong asset)
  • Excellent understanding of Agile and DevOps product development cycles
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Excellent ability to lead product development and manage a team in a growth environment
  • Ability to present or speak on product or industry trends
  • Ability to anticipate and identify trends, customer needs, and potential markets
  • Ability to synthesize information
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problemsolving, technical, and analytical skills
  • Ability to develop multiple visions and product roadmaps
  • Successdriven attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong interest in new technologies
  • Bilingual (French and English), written and spoken; knowledge of a third language (asset)
  • Understanding of financial markets, in particular securities and asset management (asset)

Education and experience

  • University degree in business administration, engineering, or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 15 years experience related to software product development.
  • Successful experience in creating and driving product pipeline opportunities.
