Westcott Vineyards is a small, family run winery with two vineyard properties. We take pride in our commitment to maintaining beautiful sustainable outdoor spaces, including vineyards, gardens and agricultural areas. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Groundskeeper to join our team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or agriculture.
Knowledge of horticulture, pest management, and basic farming practices.
Ability to operate and maintain various types of landscaping and agricultural equipment.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for maintaining aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
