Construction Labourer
Homes by Avi Group of Companies is looking for a Construction Labourer to assist our construction group in multi-family construction and commercial development in the Calgary area.
Over the past 23 years, our multi-family division has developed over 40 communities and grown its capability as a multi-family developer to include Avi Construction Management - a merchant builder focused on third-party clients needing a professional committed builder to deliver multi-family and mixed use developments on time and on budget.
Construction Labourer
What you Will Do
Your main role will be to support the construction team by performing site clean-up, picking up orders and general labourer tasks.
- Site cleanup. Including debris cleanup
- Picking up orders from suppliers and delivering to site
- General site maintenance
Your Qualifications - The Must Have's
- Able to lift (> 25 lbs.), carry, kneel and bend
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressures
- Great communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Additional Skills - The Nice to Have's
- Direct experience in the construction industry

Salary:
$18.00-$25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- construction: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Class 5 Licence (required)
