We are now hiring for a
Journeyman Plumber and Apprentices. Here is an opportunity to be involved in a wide range of plumbing activities.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and multifamily residential structures
Collaborate with team members to help resolve property issues
Follow building plans and blueprints
Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies
Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems
Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used
Supervise apprentices

Plumber Qualifications / Skills

Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices
Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings
Familiar with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper
Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted
Excellent problem solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Very good communication skills for communicating with management, other trades and apprentices
Very reliable, organized, with good judgement

Education and Experience Requirements

14 years experience as an apprentice or 5+ years as a journeyperson plumber
Must have own Vehicle
Must have own tools

Work Hours
Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 4:30 pm
