The Process Improvement Manager cultivates an environment that promotes authentic best-in-class employee and customer experiences across our Brampton Campus and is guided by our culture and our mission of shipping joy and knowledge.

The role of the Process Improvement Manager will support Indigo's Supply Chain, leading continuous Improvements among Retail and Ecom distribution centers, developing frameworks, process and structure that best supports the Supply Chain short and long term goals and objectives.

This individual will hold responsibilities for developing and maintaining a comprehensive process mapping system and SOP creation, while leveraging Lean concepts and Six Sigma methodologies to drive optimal results.

Your role as a Manger is one of collaboration, innovation, inspiration, support, and coaching and in doing so, you help to create and sustain a high performing culture.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Functional

  • Lead the effort to leverage best practices and standardize processes and procedures across the DC Network to support customer expectations and business objectives
  • Driving consistency in both our Online and Retail facilities (Process, Goals, SOPs, and Results)
  • Facilitate various leadership to employee level meetings / workshops discussing problem statements, vision and scope, and current and future state processes.
  • Supporting and influencing by overseeing adherence to Health & Safety policies & procedures
  • Use influence and industry knowledge to identify new opportunities for process improvements
  • Knowledge and experience with root cause analysis methods and principles and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Understands the impact to Indigo of changing external environmental factors (competitive, regulatory, technical, etc.)
  • Stay current on industry innovation and best practices within Supply Chain
  • Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all design and decisionmaking processes
  • Embrace and seek out technology that creates high tech and high touch solutions for Indigo's customers
  • Stakeholder Management: Establish strong partnerships with business units to foster successful continuous improvement initiatives.
