The French-inspired menu blends classic culinary flavours of Paris with the use of fresh west coast ingredients. Our team delivers a specially curated and delicious food and beverage menu, in line with our next level guest experience standards.

Reports to the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Prepare and execute highquality cuisine that meets the standards of Wentworth Hospitality Group
  • Ensure all products are prepared and presented according to specifications
  • Understand and implement the proper boning, trimming, and portioning of fish, meats, and poultry
  • Operate production machinery as trained and assigned
  • Perform inventory checks and notify management of supply levels
  • Eager to learn and be trained
  • Create and engage in a respectful, professional, and positive workplace
  • Maintain an organized and clean prep/work area
  • Ensure production schedules and timelines are met
  • Prioritize and ensure cleanliness in the back of the house
  • Protect the restaurant and guests by complying with sanitation, safety, and proper food handling procedures

Qualifications:


  • Education: Valid BC Foodsafe Certification
  • Experience: basic knowledge of cutting and portioning fish, meats, and poultry
  • Selfmotivated, organized, and ability to multitask effectively
  • Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, days, nights, and weekends
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Ability to work varied hours
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with guests and employees
  • Customer service focus and quality orientated
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • High energy level
