Stroh Health Care_ Consulting Corporation is a dynamic organization that is funded by the province to provide the provincial coordination for both the Responsible Driver Program (RDP) and Part 2 of the Respectful Relationships Program (RR2).
Telephone Interviewer for the Responsible Driver Program. This position conducts scripted telephone interviews with drivers referred to RDP and performs various administrative tasks as required.

Required skills:_
- Good communication skills; fluent in spoken and written English
- Ability to connect with a variety of people over the phone
- Strong typing speed and proficiency in Microsoft office
- Ability to maintain a conversational flow with clients while accurately recording answers
- Punctual and organized
Salary:
$20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Delta, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Call center: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
