What does your day at GIP look like?

Onsite management of daytoday operations
Provide leadership to all crews
Oversee procurement and equipment requirements
Effectively understand and comply with the bid estimate, project schedule, and project specifications in order to adequately instruct the supervisors and subcontractors in the performance of the work
Participate in prejob planning and closeout
Promote and enforce company health and safety policies with employees, subcontractors, and suppliers
Regular travel throughout Saskatchewan

Extensive construction field experience (road building, asphalt paving)
Knowledge and experience with heavy equipment
You are a great problem solver and can come up with solutions to problems that work for everyone
You can deliver exceptional customer service, solve unexpected issues and anticipate future needs
Ability to connect and interact with people to seek different perspectives
Strong ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities
You have a valid driver's license and a clean Driver's Abstract
