About the Position

Responsibilities

  • Initiating jobs in our cloud portal along with required follow ups and forwarding to an appropriate team member
  • Receive and direct calls and prioritize based on urgency
  • Receive and forward client inquiries including condo residents and property management
  • Administrative tasks including managing oncall schedule, keys, and office supply inventory
  • Provide feedback to team members to improve internal processes, update as necessary
  • Some reception tasks and other duties as assigned
  • Seek guidance from the team lead when required
  • Additional admin support assigned as required in Accounting and or Inside sales.

Your Qualifications, Experience, and Abilities

  • 2+ year in related reception or administrative customer facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of HVAC and/or plumbing industry or exposure to a service industry is preferred
  • Ability to work independently
  • Selfmotivated and selfdirected
  • Excellent organizational skills, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment, maintain composure as required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Personal Attributes

  • Proven ability to be able to effectively pick up tasks or deal with situations that are new and novel
  • Ability to understand where to focus energy when dealing with multiple tasks, and prioritize accordingly
  • Enthusiastic, strong work ethic, and positive attitude is a must.
  • Communicative possesses good written and verbal skills enabling them to communicate clearly with clients, technicians, vendors, and peers in the office
  • Driven to seek continuous improvement and help build a culture of accountability

Salary:
$22.00-$26.00 per hour
