What we want you to have


As the HR Manager you will rseport to the Co-Ceo's and play a key role in managing all aspects of the HR functions.

Areas of responsibility as a stand-alone practitioner include implementing people related policies and procedures, supporting employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, people development and fostering a positive workplace culture.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for developing and supporting our most valuable asset - our people.

Employee Relations:_

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and resolution
  • Bridge management and employee relations through advising and coaching leaders and employees
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through communication and employee engagement initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with the team, fostering trust and promoting collaboration

Talent Acquisition:_

  • Oversee and tactically support the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

Employee Lifecycle:_

  • Champion the onboarding process by ensuring that it's highquality, meets business needs, and provides clarity and connection for employees so their roles serve the overall business vision
  • Conduct consistent checkins with employees to gain insight into their employee experience
  • Support the organization with offboarding tasks

Employee Development & Performance Management:_

  • Create learning and development strategies and programs that meet the needs of the organization
  • Implement and support managers with performance management processes, including goal setting, regular feedback, and performance reviews
  • Provide guidance to managers on performancerelated issues and help develop improvement plans when necessary

Policies and Compliance:_

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations as they evolve
  • Consistently update policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and industry best practices
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and policy adherence

Administration and Communication:_

  • Maintain accurate records relating to employment
  • Answer employee inquiries and support/implement communication strategies to promote understanding and engagement

What we are looking for

  • Someone with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Someone with a minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources Leadership experience
  • Indepth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Demonstrated experience leading change management initiatives, specifically in organizational design/structure, HR program development and implementation, and continuous improvement of HR processes
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Demonstrated collaborative approach that values open and honest communication, integrity, respect, consistency and fairness
  • Adept at problemsolving and conflict resolution
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a selfdirected manner in a fastpaced environment whil
