- ability to produce a clean, dirt free high gloss finish matching OEM finish

Red Seal Certificate

- capable of reading and comprehending automotive repair procedures
- experience with the operation and maintenance of a wide variety of hand power tools, shop tools and test equipment.
- must be comfortable working in a collision shop environment
- perform prep and paint work up to customer and manufacturers standards
- finish surfaces by polishing if required for a clean quality finish
- maintain a clean working environment
- ensure all paint operations are complete, all masking is removed
- must be a team player and have the ability to work in a team environment
- maintain a positive attitude at all times
