What's the Role:


  • The employee will be reporting to the Office Manager
  • Coordinate Technician schedules
  • Respond to client inquiries and schedule client requests
  • Liaise with clients, technicians, and vendors
  • Assistance with Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
  • Assisting with our fleet management program; scheduling vehicle servicing, recording documentation
  • Assisting with procuring, managing and tracking supply inventory
- complete all assigned tasks within a timely manner

  • Document preparation
  • Drafting and preparing correspondence
  • Contractor WCB and Insurance updating
  • Other projects and tasks as required

Salary:
$25.00-$27.50 per hour

Experience:


  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
