What's the Role:
- The employee will be reporting to the Office Manager
- Coordinate Technician schedules
- Respond to client inquiries and schedule client requests
- Liaise with clients, technicians, and vendors
- Assistance with Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
- Assisting with our fleet management program; scheduling vehicle servicing, recording documentation
- Assisting with procuring, managing and tracking supply inventory
- Document preparation
- Drafting and preparing correspondence
- Contractor WCB and Insurance updating
- Other projects and tasks as required

Salary:
$25.00-$27.50 per hour

Education:
- Secondary School (required)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (required)
