CIMCO Refrigeration is looking for a full-time permanent Service Coordinator for the Montreal Branch.
Role Responsibilities
- Coordination of service jobs
- Handle incoming customer calls
- Manage service contracts
- Create service orders and input in SAP system
- Dispatch mechanics and maintain overall schedule
- Review of customer service reports and timesheets for quality control purposes and compliance
- Liaise with parts suppliers, sales, billing, warranty and engineering departments
- Ordering/coordination of parts and materials
- Assist in ongoing aspects of corporate safety program
- Experience in an office environment
- Post secondary education preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Very good spoken and written French. Functional English.
