Description
CarePros is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our team and support with ongoing projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and successful completion of project deliverables
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders to report on progress and identify and resolve issues
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to the project sponsor and senior management team
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately
  • Proactively identify process improvements and participate in the development and implementation of best practices

  • New Program Launches
  • Knowledgebase and Internal Technology Launches
  • Accreditation Conformance
  • OHS & Safety Standards Implementation
  • Mobile Device Management Implementation

Requirements:


  • Over 10 years of proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering them on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Experience implementing infrastructure for new project management capabilities in a fast growing organization
  • PMP designation preferred, Scrum Master certification nice to have
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong leadership, problemsolving, and communication skills
  • Experience working with crossfunctional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Experience with project management tools and software
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards

Salary:
$100, ,000 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:


  • Project management: 3 years (preferred)
