YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'

Introduce and support RBH products and services in all assigned accounts within the defined territory. You will provide product education and support on all combustible and noncombustible brand families, retail support and engagement programs. You will liaise directly with owners/managers and frontline staff to build engagement and support of RBH products to grow RBH Inc.'s Market Share within your territory. You will be responsible to manage and execute all assigned coverage, Call to Action activities and compliance in Independent/Chain agreements, manage an assigned territory budget with set parameters.
Help in the expansion of RBH Inc.'s smokefree product portfolio through direct communication with owners/managers and frontline staff to create awareness of our Smoke Free Vision.
Leverage your relationships within your assigned stores to build a successful referral network which will result in facetoface product education meetings with Legal Aged Smokers who have expressed an interest in learning more about RBH smokefree products.
Provide educational information and assist in the delivery process of RBH smokefree products to the end consumer in accordance with Regulatory Requirements.
Build a network of referrals members within your territory to continue the expansion of RBH smokefree products to meet monthly and quarterly assigned targets.

YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF

You are a dynamic and energetic individual who is selfmotivated and can work with little supervision.
You are highly organized, analytical, and great at building and sustaining relationships.
You are legally authorized to work in Canada and possess well developed communication and negotiation skills.
You have a university degree or College Diploma in Business or a related field, 15 years of experience in sales, previous CPG experience, willing to travel 2025 % and knowledge of office suite including Excel and Power Point.
A clean driver's abstract is required, as company vehicle will be provided.
