For our Remote Coach Channel - Customer Care team in Toronto, Canada, we are looking for a Lead Remote Sales.

Your day to day


In this position you will lead the Remote Coach team to deliver a consistent and orchestrated experience for legal age consumers, by planning and implementing acquisition strategies and operations.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams on developing and implementing new programs, and enhancing existing programs for lead generation methods, lead management and acquisition of existing legal age nicotine users through remote channels to ensure the best-in-class experience and business results.


You will be accountable for:

  • Leading and developing a remote sales force via call center equipped with all tools required to convert leads through virtual and digital channels.
  • Deploying asset toolboxes and guidelines including processes, content, training materials and system requirements for remote engagement.
  • Liaising with crossfunctional teams to develop and deploy new and enhancing existing remote programs for endtoend legal age consumer journeys.
  • Enhancing and unlocking additional lead generation opportunities in designated B2C channels, develop, pilot, and implementation, as well as unlocking additional support opportunities to maximize market share.
  • Leading projects that support market share growth of existing legal age nicotine users and managing internal and external stakeholders (B2C, Digital, and external stakeholders).
  • Set KPIs based on remote lead generation, lead management journeys, and other commercial metrics. Designing a compensation plan based on achievement of KPIs and tracking on a daily basis.
  • Monitoring performance reports and presenting these reports to your team and management on a periodic basis.
  • Providing all necessary tools and methodologies required for a high performing remote sales team, including training, and coaching the remote sales force.
  • Driving system development to enable the program performance at scale and at an optimal cost, in collaboration with Digital, clearly defining the business requirements and the use cases for all the personas (e.g., customer, agent).
  • Leading to create the most efficient lead qualification and nurturing methodologies to pioneer the saving on the costs while ensuring the best and seamless adult consumer experience.
  • Taking measures and adopting strategies that optimize resources and lower costs.

We are looking for someone with:

  • College or University Degree related to Economics, Business Administration, or another relevant field
  • At least 3 years' experience in contact center operations management, salesoriented
  • Proven record of experience in lead generation and lead nurturing
  • Outbound & Inbound Marketing and Telesales knowledge is an asset
  • Managed a sales team (directly or indirectly) is an asset
  • Actionoriented, drive for results, independent doer
  • Entrepreneurship and ability to see the opportunities, not just the obstacles, and demonstrating a "can do" attitude
  • Openminded with a positive approach with good collaboration with internal and external (agencies) stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail; willingness to work in a fastpaced environment and effectively meet aggressive timelines
