The Granite Club looking for a full time Table Tennis Head Professional to teach, facilitate and encourage participation by Senior and Junior Club Members in a table tennis program that has pathways for entry and development.

- To develop a yearly plan of activities, programs, social events and clinics, camps for all levels of Members
- Quality Assurance: To ensure the delivery of highquality instruction, facilities, and services, maintaining standard of excellence across all aspects of the table tennis program. Implement seasonal quality standards survey to Membership.
- Facility Management: to ensure that all equipment, table, teaching aids are maintained at the premier standard.
- To attend Badminton Committee or Table Tennis meetings as required
- To coordinate annual Club Championships for juniors and adults including promotion of the event, assistance with running the event and followup afterwards with recognition
- Ensure communication of events through the Communications department for Membership as well as updates to the Racquets staff and coaches
- To organize interclub events with other private and commercial clubs
- To assist Granite Gear with equipment and racquet promotion
- To develop relationships with the F&B and Events team to create memorable experiences for our Table Tennis Members
- To arrange for "meet and greet", coffee with Professional Staff
- Develop budget for table tennis program allocating resources effectively to achieve program goals while ensuring financial stability.
- To develop team of certified table tennis coaches with emphasis on junior clinics and camps
- To teach Private lessons, clinics, camps as determined by the Head Racquets Professional
- Must be available to work weekends, weekdays and/or holidays, AM and PM.
- NCCP level 1 coach certification
- Excellent public relations, interpersonal and communications skills.
- Current CPR / First Aid Training
- Computer and basic marketing proficiency
- Social media proficient
- Good planning and organizational skills
