    As part of the Sustainable Innovation team, you will lead the corporate transition and make operational readiness of eBus a success.

    You will be responsible for planning and scheduling of routes, bus allocation, and maintenance of vehicles, emergency planning, and safety.

    Additionally, the ordering of vehicle and charging infrastructure parts, and training of staff.
    You will responsible for engaging stakeholders to review TTC's processes, policies, procedures, and leading program governance.
    You will ensure each program and its constituent projects follow the TTC's project management policies, standards, and procedures.

    You will also ensure each program and its constituent projects follow the relevant TTC's policies, standards, and procedures such as safety and accommodation.

    You will monitor and communicate program progress against the program plan, requirements, quality measures and milestones, and takes appropriate action to minimize the impact of deviations.

    You will ensure timely reporting of financial and performance results such as schedule, quality, safety, human resources, and other management issues to TTC and government officials as appropriate.

    You will work with Corporate Communications to develop and deploy program level communications plan.
    You will exercise risk based contingency planning. Develop and implement contingency plans and manages risks for the program.
    You will also conduct project audits as required and manage program-level suppliers.

    Plan and organize activities / projects to meet section and organizational goals
    Secure and manage fiscal resources

    Your education will consist of a completed University Degree, or College Diploma in a related discipline, or a combination of education, training, and experience deemed to be equivalent, combined with progressive experience in the areas of general project management and engineering management of transit vehicles and/or large multi-discipline projects.

    Additionally, you must possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification, or similar professional certification, or be eligible to achieve certification.

    A certification as a Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario (PEO) is considered as an asset.
    Your application will reveal extensive experience in project and program management of large multi-discipline projects.
    Your application will reveal proven planning, organizational and decision-making skills, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Your application must reveal extensive knowledge of and experience applying best practices, procedures and principles of project, program and portfolio management methodology and governance.

    Your application will reveal demonstrated ability to prepare and monitor budgets and conduct cost/benefit analysis.

    Your application must reveal experience establishing, building and maintaining collaborative relationships with various stakeholders for the purpose of meeting the corporate/program objectives.

    Your application will reveal comprehensive project, program and/or portfolio management experience.
