    Here's how you'll contribute:


    • Process all requests for discharges and supporting document registration in all Provinces, excluding Quebec

    • Identify potential risks such as discrepancies in the documentation

    • Send rejected documents to the appropriate department for follow up

    • Assist with reports, filing, discharge follow-up letters, mail out and data entry as required


    • Process search requests in various Provincial Search engines


    • Meet and exceed customer's needs and expectations

    Here's what you'll bring:


    • Law clerk/ Legal Administration designation from a community college an asset or equivalent experience

    • Candidates must be available to work 8:30am-5:00pm full time hour (37.5 hours per week)

    • Possess strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships

    • Possess strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities within a busy office environment

    • Proficient in MS Office Suite

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
