Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Essential

Responsibilities:

Develop a high level of technical expertise in regard to the applicable business area's service offerings. Understand and be able to effectively communicate the service solutions we offer that will best fit the customer's business needs
Proactively employing professional selling skills in the pursuit of new service business, and accurately managing and recording data generated from these efforts
Manage all outbound calls, activities, and sales transactions in CRM
Provide complete solutions and collaborate with the field, when necessary, for service inquiries
Work in coordination with any service support team within the organization to obtain problem resolution and resolve customer issues

What You Need to Succeed

A Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred
Two to three years of any combination of customer service, sales, or marketing related experience; outbound call center experience and telesales skills training are desirable
Must be Bilingual in French and English
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Ability to travel within Canada and the U.S
