Gyro Group of Companies is seeking an
Automotive Sales Professional to become an integral part of our organization. While experience is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement.


Responsibilities
-
Sales Techniques: This may involve demonstrating the vehicle, highlighting its advantages, and addressing any concerns or objections.

Negotiation: Negotiating with customers on pricing, financing options, trade-ins, and additional services.

Closing Deals: Closing sales by finalizing paperwork, explaining contract terms, and ensuring all necessary documents are completed accurately. Also thoroughly explaining the vehicle features, benefits, and options available for purchase.

Follow-Up: Following up with customers after a sale to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and encourage repeat business and referrals. This also includes having surveys completed to meet company targets

Networking and Prospecting: Actively seeking out potential customers through networking events, referrals, and other prospecting methods.

Administrative Tasks: Completing administrative tasks such as updating customer records, inputting sales data etc.

Continued Education: Staying informed about industry trends, new vehicle models, and changes in financing and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development.

Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to build long-term relationships and foster customer loyalty.

  • Maintains a professional appearance at all times


Overall, the primary goal of a salesperson at a dealership is to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring a positive buying experience for customers.


Requirements:


  • High School degree or equivalent (minimum requirement)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • Clean criminal record
  • OMVIC certification (Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council)

Work Conditions:


  • Exposure to noise
  • Presence of dust
  • Regularly working outdoors in all seasons

Pay:
$50,000.00-$99,990.59 per year
