What you'll do

  • Monthly Reporting to external agencies, ensuring timely and accurate completion of reporting cycle.
  • Understanding regulatory requirements and identifying impacted CT product categories by analyzing product features
  • Identify an resolve IT system errors that interrupt internal operations, store level ecofee fees, dealer flexbilling
  • Resolve adhoc issues presented by store, stewardship agencies, regulatory bodies, internal departments.
  • Effectively communicate for different audiences
  • Perhaps you have had experience within a regulatory or compliance role where you were responsible for audit procedures of an environmental stewardship nature, either setting up a new initiative from the ground up or working to improve an existing one.

What you bring

  • Possess a high level of independent judgment and discretion required to do your work.
  • Comfortable in analysing data, summarising and presenting recommendations and supporting evidence
  • Previous operational audit experience (23 years) will be a great asset to this role.
  • You have enough experience working with data to feel at ease performing validations and sanity checks.
  • Willing to actively seek resources (knowledge, software, interdepartmental resources) required to understand company processes and effectively problem solve.
  • To be successful in this role, you will need strong intermediate to advanced MS Office skills in Excel and Access to effectively handle large amounts of data and provide timely analysis using queries, formula in a coherent format.
