Our Marketplace Operations team supports the rewards component of the Achievers platform, the global reward suppliers that serve as the backbone to it, and the customers we strive to please.

Responsibilties:


  • Support assigned portfolio of vendors through daytoday order management needs
  • Monitor and support a variety of order processing flows including standard order entry, custom processes, and technical order flows
  • Address orders blocked by technical anomalies; log bugs with development team and see through to resolution
  • Collaborate with development team on bug resolutions, back end related tasks and enhancements
  • Contribute to regular vendor reviews, a measurement of vendor success rates and opportunities
  • Identify key trends and opportunities using data analytics, to identify actionable areas of followup or investigation
  • Analyze individual and team dashboards of key performance indicators (KPIs) and diagnostics to measure performance against Global Fulfillment business goals
  • Contribute to documentation resource initiatives for vendors, team processes and cross functional information sharing
  • Collaborate with Vendor Relations Team on volume spikes, order issues and SLA accuracy
  • Maintain a timely queue of vendor requests, response time within 24h
  • Support the Customer Care team with any vendor related inquiries
  • Maintain accurate order shipping estimates and shipment reporting
  • Manage vendor float balances to ensure sufficient funds available for order placement through monitoring order volumes and forecasting needs
  • Drive system and vendor efficiencies
  • Reporting and admin duties as required
  • Support realtime communication of updates and/or issues with key internal teams

Qualifications:


  • 35 years' experience with ecommerce account management and vendor processes
  • Experience with data entry (spreadsheet functions and organization)
  • Experience with ecommerce process flows
  • Experience with a high volume of orders and order management
  • Vendor management experience
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience with drawing insights from data dashboards
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical skills to solve problems
