THE ROLE:Reporting to the Operational Readiness Lead, the
Training Coordinator is responsible for the development and oversight of the
site training program, process operator work instructions, and development and maintenance of training materials needed for the
future Wheeler River Operation.

You have broad experience working in a variety of operational roles at an industrial site and demonstrated progression into roles
of increasing responsibility that include a training or mentoring element. A results-oriented team player, you bring a strong work

contributes to creating successful workplace teams and culture.
Additional qualifications and attributes include:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience working in handson operational roles within mining, mineral processing, or other
- Operating certifications (power engineer, refrigeration engineer, etc.), journeyperson certification, is preferred; post
- Trainer certification in an asset.
- Experience supervising operations crews at an industrial site is an asset.
- Experience with utilizing distributed control systems in a processing facility, and the ability to translate complex technical
- Past success in creating and delivering process and operational training to individuals and groups at an industrial site,
hydraulic machinery, pumps, vessels, piping, etc.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of a Systematic Approach to Training (SAT), with experience
(ADDIE) model of training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to articulate, convey, clarify, and report information and
- Demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in managing and organizing own work against timelines and quality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage, influence and build solid working relationships with peers and
- Proficient in computer software for the development and presentation of learning materials (such as but not limited to
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining training, certification, and skills inventories and managing training records
- Experience or familiarity with uranium mining and processing is an asset.
- Ability to perform computerbased duties in a largely stationary position within an office environment, with the
- Ability to wear and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and assigned.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop work plans to effectively manage the creation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Training
- Lead the development of operational job plans and work instructions within the Wheeler River Operation Document
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve process operator training material and content.
- Create and maintain training, certification, and skills inventories, coordinate the delivery of training, maintain training
Wheeler River Site.
- Deliver training to new hires as the project and operational team grows; provide guidance and coordination of future on
