Responsible for:


  • Coordinating, scheduling and planning activities related to project planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking;
  • Reviewing and overseeing resource capacity and departmental workload
  • Working closely with the project and field supervision teams to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:


  • The position of Planning and Scheduling Coordinator is an hourly rated working position with an average workweek consisting of a minimum of 44 hours per week.
  • Experience leading crews in construction or industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working Planner and Scheduler is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products is required.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Self motivated with strong team building skills
  • Ability to analyze information, organize and plan with attention to detail
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision and work well with others in a team environment.
  • Must demonstrate open and transparent dialogue in all aspects of work

Job Duties:


  • Developing and maintaining project schedules using project management software;
  • Coordinating with project managers to identify project requirements and deadlines;
  • Monitoring project progress and identify potential delays or issues;
  • Analyzing project data to identify areas for improvement and optimization;
  • Communicating with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and timelines;
  • Collaborating with team members to develop solutions to scheduling conflicts or delays;
  • Participating in job meetings and providing information on scheduling and planning initiatives;
  • Reviewing, planning and scheduling all product service work and installation projects;
  • Reviewing, prioritizing and communicating work schedule;
  • Reviewing, preparing and managing all work orders as it applies to scope of work and lead time required to complete each job (communicating directly with service and installation crews);
  • Ensuring all necessary materials and tools are available for all scheduled jobs.
  • Working closely with operations and field supervision to assign lead time expectations;
  • Other duties as assigned by senior management.

Salary:
$24.00-$30.00 per hour
