Description
Manager, Planning and Performance [Operations]Position Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Safety & Quality, the Manager, Planning & Performance, will support the continual improvement in Safety performance through management of ongoing functional initiatives related to safety, culture, crisis management and continuous improvement.
A large component will be coordination and oversight of the overall H&S project improvement, project tasks and interdependencies between the sub-project workstreams.
Key Accountabilities:1.Coordination and oversight of the overall H&S project improvement tasks and interdependencies between the sub-project workstreams.
2.Coordination of weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting as it rolls up from facilities.
3.Manage timely updates, reviews and document control for overall governance of the business continuity and crisis management plans and associated crisis key contact lists.
4.Manage records and documents associated with real managed crisis. Including debriefs and lessons learned.5. Enhance current weekly reporting for leadership team.
6.Compile and issue regular safety communications for employees
