Your opportunity

We're looking for a Warranty Coordinator to join our Service Team in Mississauga, ON.

You'll be responsible for direct resolution of quality concerns with our customers and you will provide feedback for continuous improvement to our manufacturing facilities.

What you'll do- You ensure timely and qualitative (on-site) execution of services that provide the customer with a positive customer experience- You ensure timely and correct solving of complaints, inquiries and requests related to technical product related topics.

Execute recall activities.- You analyze & solve complaints, on or off-site. Drive root cause analysis and preventive action. Keep customers proactively informed and flag patterns of complaints towards management.- You will negotiate and resolve labor claims with contractor and vendors while managing a monthly budget for warranty costs across Canada


Your qualifications- Electrical Engineering Degree or Electrical/Electronic Technologist Diploma- 1-3 years of experience preferably in the lighting/building automation- Strong written and oral communication skills- Must be willing to travel up to 15% nation-wide.

- Must have a valid driver's license
